We enjoyed the food
Only service dogs
The staff was great, food was amazing. This place was busy but we never felt ignored! The cheese enchiladas are wonderful.
Really great service, kind people, and the food looked delish. Nice stop while driving north.
Actually the best breakfast in the Southwest. You’re going to regret not coming here or stopping by if you’re driving along Route 66. Get the Huevos Rancheros or the Country Fried Steak. You’ll love it.
I just like this place. Nothing fancy about it, just good food and good service.
The place was kinda gross inside and the walls need repair. The food was worse than cafeteria food and at least twice the price (the pictures of the menu on here are old. Add $2 to everything.) My waitress was sweet and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. There arent many places to eat in this town, but I suggest choosing a different one.
Great restaurant for travellers stopping by. I had meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It was very good. Fast friendly service
Amazing food and service. Very cheap and burgers are tasty. Lets you use reusable straws
Definitely a hole in the wall/locals kind of place. When traveling I enjoy stopping in little places. Friendly staff. The food was good and generous portions. I got the special of the day which was only $6. It included chips and salsa, three beef tacos, rice, and beans. I really liked that they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at night. Wide variety on their menu. No kids menu but my two little ones shared three pancakes which were quite tasty! The chicken chimichanga was huge and yummy. Weird little tidbit... they had really good chewy ice! If you like to crunch ice you know what I mean.
Good food good prices. No complaints.
Great little cafe. Tasty food and excellent service. Always get the special!
Open faced green chili burger was great. Everything tastes homemade.
The place was neat and clean. Service was quick and friendly. The food was average tasting.
Best tacos I've had while in Arizona. Glad we had dinner, thank you.
I got the vegetarian omelette and home fries. I don't usually get omelettes but it was excellent and the home fries where exactly what I was hoping for. I know you don't know what that means but bottom line is if you wake up from one of the many motels and wondering where to snag a good breakfast, try this place.
Unique spot with fresh meats and outstanding staff. We ordered the mushroom chicken & broccoli chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans and corn, as well as a crunchy side salad.Chicken was fresh and simple. From-scratch mashed potatoes were smothered in homemade country gravy. Also splurged on a well recommended chocolate milkshake!Service was 10/10. Alicia was outgoing, helpful, & timely. Tomas was welcoming and always smiling. Clean bathrooms and dining area. Make sure you check out the beautifully picked art pieces decorating the restaurant. There was also an area with various items for sale (weaved sweaters, satchels, cold weather jackets, etc.)Thank you!
Delicous and friendly people.
Quick service. Great fries, tots & rings. Friendly, family restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Did not try the all you can eat fish ($8.49!!!) but it looked super.
Great service and amazing food. Definitely coming back.
delicious and hearty breakfast $ 12
While traveling stopped in for breakfast. Delicious. Friendly. Clean restaurant and restrooms.Enjoyable experience.
Good service. Good food
A small, very clean, good food and service restaurant.
Almost didn't stop because it looks rundown. Glad we did. Food was good, and inexpensive. There were several locals in bu we still had great service
Had a fantastic breakfast here at Camaleon. Great service and fantastic food...
Service was amazing, food was good, friendly and clean. Would definitely recommend it.
I had the guacamole burger and it was phenomenal. The day I went they had all you can eat fish and chips. Good service, clean bathroom, affordable prices. They also sell like nick knacks like jackets and bags.
We met another couple here for a late breakfast. The menu had lots of choices and specials too. Service was prompt and friendly. Our food was just right. One of us tried the pork plate recommended by our server, two of us had the trio and one had a breakfast burrito. Next time we will try the lunch menu.
Excellent food, very friendly staff, feels like home.
Excellent food feels like home cooked.
Love this place. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.
Great food for a very reasonable price. Small diner with limited seating, so be careful during rush hour times.
Me and my husband dropped by for lunch and I had a Mushroom Burger which great. Oh my. It makes me hungry everytime I look at the picture I took of the food. I definitely recommend. Staffs are nice. Just need to get a good size bulletin for the name of thier restaurant outside because we almost didn't find it for it was really a small sign
Generally speaking I'm a fan of little diners. I stopped in here with no more recommendation than hearing someone say they saw cops eating there on a regular basis. (Usually a good sign) I was not disappointed. When a place has a daily special, that is often a good bet, and the day I went they had one. All you could eat spaghetti with a salad and garlic toast. The salad was served cold, and the veggies were crisp. The spaghetti was served hot and was very tasty. I probably didn't need a second helping, but it was good enough that when I was asked if I would like some more, I ask for half a serving. The waitress was attentive and prompt. The price was very reasonable. If I ever pass this way again I would definitely stop in here and eat another meal. It is just what I would expect from a small town diner. Nothing fancy, just good food and good service at a good price.
Quiet place for good stick-to-your-ribs Mexican style food. Rice, refried beans, all good. A mention to the owners: make your own fresh green beans, don't use the frozen ones.
My wife and I went in and sat down. After about ten minutes a waitress asked us what we would like to drink. We said water please. After another ten minutes with no water or an order taken, we finally got up and walked out. The waitress just stood there and looked at us. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
It's one of the best places in town excellent variety on the menu. it's price well below other places around 1/2 $
Great place to eat. The waiter was very nice. I asked for the best wet borrito they had and they did not disapoint. I would definitely eat there again.
Decided to stop here for dinner after the Petrified Forest National Park. Really good down home food and very fri belt staff. If you’re passing through and looking for good food, I’d recommend stopping here.
I love this local restaurant. Simple, clean, wonderful staff, delicious food.
Loved my Bacon cheese burger. Hamburger patty made from scratch not a frozen patty. Will eat here again next time I'm over this way. From Veguita New Mexico.
Great prices and service, amazing food, with a little bit of everything, mexican, american and good old fashioned diner fair, with a friday night fish fry that is unbeatable.
Really enjoyed this little place! After a 12 hour driving day, Cameleon was perfect for a quiet dinner!
Eat here several times a week good breakfast
Gotta admit... pulled in with low expectations and was overwhelmingly pleasantly surprised! Chips and salsa are not free, and they're maybe not the best quality but the flavor of the salsa was yummy. Totally LOVED the chicken enchiladas with green sauce, husband loved his ground beef enchilada dinner special, kids loved their bacon cheeseburgers, and we ALL loved the onion rings. Shredded beef tacos were good too. Service was FAST and friendly. Family owned and they were all working that night!
Friendly service, decent food and great prices...it is also wonderful to finally be back in a restaurant
Kind, clean and have a great breakfast.
What a great surprise: we were definitely not expecting to find such good food and friendly staff in this Mexican restaurant in the middle of such a small town! All the dishes were really tasty - you can’t go wrong with any of their plates.
Home made food, the staff very friendly, spanish speaker is a plus, the price is right and the portions are very generous
Good food, reasonable prices friendly staff, fast service. Make you feel like home
Delicious home cooked food with an excellent staff! It's worth stopping in for a meal.
